No, not jewellery – Enamel wall panels

Ha ! So you thought I only designed jewellery… wrong !

Here is one of my series of Japanese inspired enamel wall panels. I’ve tried to capture the lantern displays that I photographed while I was there. I’ve used enamels on copper to capture the image giving them a vintage look and feel.

I travelled around Japan in 2004 and loved everything about it; the people, the culture, the food, markets, temples, castles, trains, Kabuki theatre, art, architecture, shopping, Sakura (cherry blossom) celebrations, the crazy extremes from city to countryside… everything !

This is not my only set of Japanese inspired enamel wall panels so I will post some more soon.
