My Designs – A personal treat

A while back someone asked me to commission some jewellery for them. There was no particular occasion, they just wished to treat themselves. They’d seen my ‘Meander’ necklace and wanted a matching necklace and bracelet set. Of course I was honoured to oblige.

The ‘Meander’ range was inspired by the River Thames running through London town. I was living in London when I designed these pieces and the Thames was and still is my favourite place to hang out in London. I’m particularly fond of the South Bank where there is always interesting things to see and do.

The pendant and bracelet are handmade of hallmarked sterling silver and enamelled (pictured below). The lady in question was very pleased with her handmade jewellery and she tells me she has had compliments from friends in Italy, where she lives.  Wow, that makes me happy too.
