Tuesday tips – Testimonials

If you are a new or growing business you will know the importance of personal referrals. Most small businesses initally grow their customer base through word of mouth. A testimonial acts in a similar way. A testimonial is a written referral by an existing customer who has agreed to vouch for your services.

As a new or potential customer looking for new products and services you may want some way to gauge the quality of a business or the personal service you are looking for. This is where Testimonials play an important part and could be the deciding factor in your final decision to go with that company or not.

In addition to testimonials I also ask for constructive feedback as well, as this could help me improve my products and services for the future.

If you are a small business, have you got a testimonials section on your website?

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank my clients for their testimonials (and their valued custom of course !)
