How do you tell the time with beer?

The answer is here ! A designer environmentally friendly timepiece. A beer glass that tells the time… cordless, battery-free, solar-powered.

The Sundial Glass was designed by Jackie Jones and Steve Chapman and is an accurately designed sundial printed on a lined, one pint (23oz/653cc) beer glass.  Although designed in Brighton (51ºN), it works anywhere in the world at this latitude.

It will continue to tell you the time through Canada – Banff, Calgary, Regina, Moose River; Europe –  Bideford, Southampton, Calais, Gent, Brussels, Dresden; then the Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, north Mongolia and north China – should your travels take you that way.

It makes the ideal present for that friend who has everything – except a beer glass that tells the time.

Find the sundial glass on Facebook. Find out about the inventors of this time telling beer glass.

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE !
